How does Run Your Stride calculate pace, time, or distance?
Enter any two of the three fields and tap Calculate. Run Your Stride solves for the missing value using the relationship: Time = Distance × Pace.
Can I switch between miles and kilometers?
Yes. When setting your pace, the third column in the scroll picker lets you choose between /mi (miles per minute) and /km (kilometers per minute).
Does Run Your Stride require an internet connection?
No. Run Your Stride works entirely on-device with no internet connection required.
Does Run Your Stride collect any of my data?
No. Run Your Stride does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
