How does Stride calculate pace, time, or distance?
Enter any two of the three fields and tap Calculate. Stride solves for the missing value using the relationship: Time = Distance × Pace.
Can I switch between miles and kilometers?
Yes. When setting your pace, the third column in the scroll picker lets you choose between /mi (miles per minute) and /km (kilometers per minute).
Does Stride require an internet connection?
No. Stride works entirely on-device with no internet connection required.
Does Stride collect any of my data?
